These terms cover your use of KiwikiGames — the website, its games, and the accounts, leaderboard and favorites features built around them. Playing a game or creating an account means you accept them.

KiwikiGames is a free catalog of browser-playable HTML5 games. Games run embedded on the page — no download or install is required. An account is optional: guests can play, but only signed-in players earn XP, keep a favorites list tied to their profile, and appear on the leaderboard.

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials to yourself. Level, XP and leaderboard position are calculated from time spent playing and browsing the catalog — see our Privacy Policy for what that involves collecting.

• Don't tamper with, automate, or exploit the scoring, XP, or voting systems to inflate numbers artificially.
• Don't attempt to bypass, decompile, or extract the games' embedded builds beyond normal play.
• Don't use the platform to upload or transmit anything unlawful, abusive, or infringing.
• Don't interfere with the site's normal operation (scraping at volume, denial-of-service, etc.).

Accounts found breaking these rules can have their progression reset or be suspended.

Games on the platform are either built in-house or licensed from third-party studios; in both cases the underlying game remains the property of its creator or licensor. The KiwikiGames name, logo, and site design are ours. Nothing here grants you rights to reuse either beyond normal play in your browser.

The platform is supported in part by advertising served through third-party ad networks. Those networks operate under their own terms and privacy practices — see our Privacy Policy for how that fits into what data is collected.

The catalog, features, and these terms can change as the platform grows. Meaningful changes to these terms will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and — particularly for licensed titles built by outside studios — we can't guarantee every game is bug-free. We aren't liable for losses arising from use of the platform beyond what the law requires.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
